Will need,

pork belly, garlic, sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt and kayu manis (forgot the english name).

Cut pork belly to size, preferable with 1 cm thickness. Length is up to individual.

Slowly cooked in hot water together with a glove of garlic.

Cook till medium rare or well done..

Prepare marinate:

Mix just enough soy sauce, sugar, salt, garlic and kayu manis in a bowl. Mix well

Throw in the pork belly and make sure the marinate cover the pork belly evenly.

Let to sit for like, say.. 5 minutes.

Two ways:

1. No oven, yes frying pan.

a little bit of oil on the pan and sear all surface until they are slightly brown (the sugar caramelized for you chef wannabe)

Take out and let to rest and prepare a sharp knife

Cut to size.

2. With oven (you rich bastards)

put the marinated pork bell in a baking pan.

set the oven to your liking (how should I know, I dont own an oven)

Till all surface is brown.

Take out and let to rest and prepare a sharp knife

Cut to size.

Go ahead and eat it. and leave a comment if you hate it.

It hit me last week. Was driving back from Sarikei with Mell. Then.. the radio reception go kapuut.. and silent… search2 the radio… found some iban station. start listening… then go dizzy…

switch to CD, only one cd available.. Linkin Park Meteora -_-”

switch to AUX and connect N78, only 10 songs available.. not going to loop it again2 and again right?

the whole journey layan Radio Muzik -_-” Rock Selamba……….

Mell maybe mau muntah already…

Went to office on Wednesday, only me and the sales assistant rajin kerja.. she have to come, me just want to show my face. hehehe… nanti bos marah tak datang..

Fire up google and type Shuffle… read and read and read… shit.. this shuffle suck. (eat that fanboys and Raphael) A screen-less mp3 player cost more than a cheap-with-screen player. No!

Next target is Creative Zen Stone Plus. A product from our friendly neighbors the Singapura. Read a few reviews.. so far so good… The latest one.. the Plus come with this canggeh OLED screen showing you the song playing. Then read another review in a forum and a forumer point out that the OLED screen doesn’t show the artist name, only the song name. :( and… and it doesn’t allow you to browse your music while you listening. Too bad… and one bastard forumer (in good way) suggested this little known Sansa Clip.

Then I go oooo… Sansa Clip.. and saw this piece of plastic.

Photobucket
That looks nice..

Search for review… got a good feedback from few reviewers. For a small capacity mp3 player. this piece of plastic pwned the Shuffle and Zen Stone. (For me) It come in 1,2 and 4GB. and maybe 8GB soon?

It have all the stuff I want, relatively cheap price for a mp3 player, good navigation through the menu and nice design to boot.. even though it looks very ermm.. plastic. oh.. it has a clip also..so you can clip it to something..

Will be a nice addition to my traveling ritual. Long boat ride should be less ermm… painful?

Getting one soon… In Kuching, Wisma Saberkas is a joke, went there just now and found some china brand Ipod wanabe mp4 player. >_>

anyone know where I can get Sansa Clip in Kuching?

so next option would be through online retailers. Next week maybe? Yes?

Will be getting the 2GB version, 450 mp3 songs? enough? and… 2000 wma songs. -_-”

pair it with my 12 years old sony earphone, should be fine.. :)

till then… until I talk rubbish again next time. I know this blog is a little bit silent since like 3 years ago. The community is not like before…
