UPDATE: Well, the prject is a faikure, the resin tend to deformed. Shall ask my friend regarding the mixture ratio.

My Kingston 256MB USB drive. I lost the cap, broke open the casing, break the solder joint and finally enough is enough.

Yesterday, I asked my friend to give me some resin. :) I got a bottle. :) :) and of course the hardener. Its not a clear resin. But it will do. :)

Went to the workshop and made myself a nice cast for the USB drive. After a few masking tapes… and mixing the resin with its hardener.. poured it in.

We can see the end result by tomorrow.

and in the process of making this project. I made myself a nice little spoon for handling the hardener. :) Post it later.. after I polished it..
