This bus is moving in light speed on Malaysian road, what a feats. Captured using panning technique and the shutter speed is ultra low for this technique but the result was great (To me lah…).
Panning the camera while capturing a car moving with your camera will emphasize motion. For the past few weeks I have been practicing my technique and adjusting my ISO to get the perfect shutter speed under bright condition. Since my camera can’t be set to manual shutter speed I have to do so, another solution is to get a ND filter. It will lower the shutter speed under bright condition for those who can’t set your shutter speed manually (like me). But I haven’t bought one so I have to wait for low light condition…like cloudy days, that will help me get shutter speed like 1/80 sec or 1/25 sec, which is slow enough to get blurred background while the image of the moving vehicle stay sharp. To do this your camera must have optical viewfinder.

This what will happen if you left an idiot alone with a camera and a free time. Enjoy the short show
